Instigated by Chronic Pain Australia, National Pain Week recognises that approximately 3.6 million Australians are living with chronic pain and that managing the complexities of this should be a national priority. Further information on the impact of this can be found at https://chronicpainaustralia.org.au/

The complex nature of pain warrants a multifaceted approach to treatment if an optimal outcome is to be achieved. We have produced a series of information sheets on this matter to support the recovery and longer-term management of our patients.

If you are struggling with pain, from the acute to chronic stages, then arrange an appointment with one of our physiotherapists. They can assist with developing and implementing pain management strategies and increasing your capacity for participating in meaningful daily activities.
