With more people currently working from home, it is important to ensure your workstation is set up correctly. Here are some tips to help you:

Desk Set Up

  • Have your screen at eye level

  • Have your keyboard and mouse at elbow level

  • Keep moving in your chair

  • Utilise a lumbar support roll to assist your posture

  • Move or stretch every 30 minutes

  • If you can, set up a standing desk and switch between sitting and standing every couple of hours

Exercises

  • Hand slides on thigh – encourage trunk rotation

  • Arching back over your chair

  • Seated roll down
