We kindly ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% late cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment cost.

• Appointments that are not attended and not cancelled will incur the full appointment fee.

These fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise. However, late cancellations and non-attendance prevent us from offering that appointment time to another patient, and the clinic is unable to absorb the cost of unused appointments.
